Inexpensive, state-of-the-art paediatric neurology unit opened at Sassoon hospital

Pune's Sassoon hospital has opened a modern, fully equipped paediatric neurology unit to help underprivileged children avail treatment for neurological and developmental disorders.
The hospital has claimed to be the first among 16 government medical college attached hospitals to launch such a unit. While tests for neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders can run between 10,000 to 50,000 in private hospitals, Sassoon hospitals will be providing them at nominal rates.
