Azawi NH, et al. - This study assessed cancer-specific mortality (CSM) and overall survival (OS) in patients who underwent lymphadenectomy (LND) in conjunction with nephroureterectomy for muscle-invasive upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). Findings demonstrated that patients with N1 and N0 muscle-invasive disease (MID) had a comparable five-year OS and CSM.
