Dr. Banshi Saboo is a Chief Diabetologist and chairman of Diacare- Diabetes Care & Hormone Clinic at Ahmedabad
- Dr. Saboo has earned both an MD and a Ph.D., showcasing a strong academic background in the field
- He is also Honored with a Fellowship from the American College of Endocrinology (USA), American College of Physician (USA), International College of Nutrition (FICN), Royal College of Physicians (Glasgow), (Edinburgh), (London), MNAMS (Diabetology)
- He has been awarded Most Impactful Healthcare Leader by the World Health and Wellness Congress and awards Wellness Congress
- He has Launched a Project “Diabetes Free India – 2030”, acknowledged by the Hon’ble President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee
- He is a Founder of NGO, Diabetes Care India and India Sweet Registry Project
- He is also a Managing Editor for Sadikot’s International Textbook of Diabetes
- He is a Chair-elect for the Southeast Asian (2023-2024) International Diabetes Federation (IDF)
