About the presenter:
Dr. Shalini Jaggi is a Consultant and Director at Lifecare Diabetes Centre, New Delhi
- She is a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of London, Edinburgh & Glasgow
- And a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, USA
- She is currently a Governing Council Member at DIPSI and also a Secretary, at RSSDI- Delhi Chapter
- She is a recipient of the National Fellowship of RSSDI-2016 and the National Diabetes Awareness Initiative Award 2017
- Recently, she was awarded the National RSSDI Woman Diabetologist Award 2023
- She has been the faculty & tutor of the Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes courses at Cardiff University, UK and the University of South Wales, UK for the last 8 years
- She has contributed over 55 publications in reputed national and international scientific journals and more than 45 chapters in textbooks and serves as Associate Editor for IJDDC - the International Journal of Diabetes in Developing Countries, India and reviewer for many prestigious national and international peer-reviewed journals
