  • He is the Director of Research and Education, National Allergy Asthma Bronchitis Institute, Kolkata
  • He chairs the Training and Education Initiatives at Indian Chest Society
  • He is the ICS National Representative for the ERS
  • He is the Governing Body Member of the Indian Chest Society and Indian Academy of Bronchology
  • He is the Joint Secretary of the Indian Academy of Allergy and the founder of Member South East Asian Academy of Sleep Medicine
  • He is the Coordinator for the DNB course for the last 5 years which is the first DNB respiratory course in Bengal

  • Dr Dhar has 124 International and National publications in indexed journals and abstracts along with 17 book chapters
  • He is the Associate Editor of Respirology
