Senior resident doctors and other faculty members from the department of Endocrinology at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) have written to the HOD alleging misbehaviour by a faculty member.

In their letter, the doctors have stated that the behaviour is causing them a lot of mental agony and stress. One of the residents, Dr. Ajay Kumar Shukla has accused the faculty member of bullying and has decided to go on a 2-day fast to expose him. He has also demanded an investigation into the matter. The other residents mentioned that they were subjected to written and verbal insults and humiliation too.
