Aarogyasri scheme beneficiaries can get free medical treatment in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru from 1st November

YSRCP government’s flagship health scheme, ‘YSR Aarogyasri’ services can be availed by the beneficiaries free of cost in Super Specialty Hospitals in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore from 1st November.
The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister released a poster heralding the extension of YSR Aarogyasri services to 130 hospitals in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. These hospitals will provide services for 716 identified medical procedures in 17 Super Specialty departments in these hospitals. The Chief Minister, through a video conference from his camp office located at Tadepalli, on 1st November spoke to a few YSR Aarogyasri beneficiaries and Doctors from the MIOT hospital in Chennai, Fortis Hospital in Bangalore, and Medcover Hospital in Hyderabad.
Dr Krishna Prasad, of Medcover hospital assured of dedication in delivering YSR Aarogyasri services. Later, Mr Reddy spoke to Nettikuntaiah, a YSR Aarogyasri beneficiary. The Chief Minister has sought from doctors about the surgery that the patient has to undergo. The Doctors and Chief Minister have expressed their dedication towards providing YSR Aarogyasri services to the people of Andhra Pradesh. The Chief Minister said ‘130 hospitals have empaneled to provide improved services to Aarogyasri beneficiaries. In all, 716 medical specialties in 17 super-specialty hospitals, these services will be available in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. Health Department Chief Secretary Jawahar Reddy and MSDIC Chairman Chandrashekar Reddy participated.
