The CBI on November 20 arrested a bogus doctor from a remote part of Muzaffarpur district, UP in connection to the rape cases of three shelter home inmates.

The quack, Ashwani used to practice in the district and visited the shelter home often to administer sedatives to the inmates there. Also, new findings have now emerged in the case with reports of 5 girls dying at the shelter home.
