House help burgles dentist's home in Phagwara

A dentist's residence was reportedly burgled in local Urban Estate by his newly employed Nepali servant and his accomplices, police said.
Dr Narinderjit Singh, father-in-law of the victim Avninder Singh Sangha told the police that the burglars took away Rs three lakh cash, four laptops,four wrist watches, one gold chain and one gold bangle on 14th September night. Sub Inspector Hardeep Singh said the police have registered a case under section 380/381/457 IPC.
Sub Inspector informed that Dr Narinderjit Singh told the police that they went to Himachal Pradesh on 14th September morning to pay obeisance in various shrines when another servant Sachin called them to inform about the theft. The officer said Dr Sangha engaged a new servant Karan Singh, a resident of Nepal on September 11. SI told that after watching the CCTV cameras, the police found four other Nepalis entering the house and newly recruited servant Karam with the connivance of them took the keys and stole all valuables.
