Whole-exome sequencing in adults with chronic kidney disease: A pilot study

Lata S, et al. - This research incorporated an inspection of the diagnostic utility of whole-exome sequencing (WES) in a selected referral cohort of adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Diagnostic mutations were detected via WES in a significant number of adults with CKD of many causes. Advanced trials were necessitated in order to determine the utility of WES in the evaluation and care of patients with CKD.
