Christensen MC, et al. - This research was designed to assess the combined effect of vortioxetine on depressive symptoms and functional capacity in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD). Vortioxetine showed a robust combined effect on depressive symptoms and functional capacity in patients with MDD, but no effect was found with duloxetine.
