Variation of mutant allele frequency in NRAS Q61 mutated melanomas

Helias–Rodzewicz Z, et al. – The topic of exploration here was the changes in mutant allele frequency, in NRAS Q61 mutated melanomas. Similar to the mutant allele frequency of BRAF V600E (M%BRAF), mutant allele frequency (M%NRAS) was found to be highly heterogeneous. The clinical impacts of high M%NRAS ought to be determined in a larger series of patients.
