Use of bone allograft with or without bone marrow aspirate concentrate in appositional reconstructions: A tomographic and histomorphometric study

Correa L, et al. - In this present study, the researchers assessed bone allograft-associated to bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), in maxillary reconstructions. With higher bone density in the peripheral regions of the graft, the use of BMAC resulted in an improved pattern of bone formation.
