Sacco E, et al. - This study was conducted to assess the midterm outcomes of a new titanium-coated fixed polypropylene sling (TiLOOP Male) for male stress urinary incontinence. Favorable and stable midterm continence outcomes were provided by the TiLOOP Male. Authors noted the inside-out approach to be safe. Satisfactory tolerability was demonstrated by the of the sling and the single-incision technique. Subjects having obesity and previous irradiation/HIFU ought to be aware of their higher risk of failure.
