The stability of augmented bone between two different membranes used for guided bone regeneration simultaneous with dental implant placement in the esthetic zone

Arunjaroensuk S, et al. - In this trial, the stability of augmented bone was compared between a synthetic resorbable membrane and a collagen resorbable membrane with guided bone regeneration (GBR) along with dental implant placement in the esthetic zone in terms of the facial bone thickness. The authors concluded that a similar amount of stable augmented bone was provided by the synthetic resorbable membrane and the collagen resorbable membrane.
