Ahn DH, et al. - This retrospective analysis was performed to assess the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with stage II/III resected rectal cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy. In this work, despite more advanced pathologic nodal staging, adjuvant chemotherapy (CT) was associated with a longer overall survival.
