Dong Q, et al. - Researchers planned this meta-analysis to assess the safety and efficacy of aminocaproic acid in total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty. As per outcomes, intravenous aminocaproic acid was effective and safe in total knee and hip arthroplasty without increasing the incidence of thromboembolic events.
