El-Boghdadly K, et al. - This study compared virtual endoscopy (VE) to conventional tools in terms of impact on diagnostic accuracy and airway management strategies. Findings revealed that VE vs. computerized tomography (CT) alone improved the accuracy in diagnosis of airway pathology and, led to more conservative and potentially safer airway management strategies in patients with head and neck pathology.
