American Journal of Roentgenology Evidence based | Mar 01, 2018

High specificity was illustrated by MRI, however, it exhibited a poor and heterogeneous sensitivity for detecting pelvic LN metastasis in patients with bladder and prostate cancer. An improvement could be achieved in the sensitivity by using ultrasmall superparamagnetic particles of iron oxide.
