Furman M, et al. – This research was designed to explain the process of creating a province–wide standards document for palliative care Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (pMCCs). In this study, the authors had described the process of creating the first pMCC guideline. A key component of this guideline was that pMCCs ought to serve as a link between hospital and community.
