The association between leisure-time physical activity and lung function in older adults: The English longitudinal study of ageing

O'Donovan G, et al. - The longitudinal association between physical activity and lung function was examined over eight years. As per findings, remaining physically active or becoming active in older age was positively associated with lung function and reduced odds of abnormal lung function.
