Jung AM, et al. - Experts evaluated how sun exposure and sun protection behaviors among indoor workers varied by sun sensitivity. They examined the sun exposure and sun protection diaries over a 45-day period from Midwestern United States indoor workers and categorized sun sensitivity (fair and non-fair complexion) using tanning inability and sunburn tendency. Findings suggested that less time was spent by the fair individuals in the sun and compared to the non-fair individuals, they practiced more sun-protective behaviors.
