Safety of nebulized epinephrine in smoke inhalation injury

Foncerrada G, et al. - Researchers performed this pilot study to ascertain the safety profile of nebulized racemic epinephrine when used as a therapy for smoke inhalation injury in severely burned children. When administered to pediatric burn patients with smoke inhalation injury, epinephrine was found to be safe.
