Peng X, et al. – A retrospective matched cohort study is carried out to ascertain the safety and effectiveness of amnion graft in the prevention of recurrence of intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis in women with severe intrauterine adhesions. The utilization of amnion graft following intrauterine adhesiolysis seems to be beneficial in improving menstruation and decreasing recurrence of adhesion reformation.
