Robotic sacrocolpoperineopexy proved an efficacious and well-tolerated procedure. Compared to traditional sacrocolpopexy technique with concomitant vaginal prolapse repair, robotic sacrocolpoperineopexy was associated with decreased total operative time, narcotic requirements postoperatively, and length of stay.
