Overs C, et al. - During this trial, the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of single-docking with lateral approach robot-assisted retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (R-RPLND) were comprehensively investigated in the residual mass of germ cell tumor (GCT) in patients with residual mass < 3 cm for seminoma or < 1 cm for non-seminoma. Experts concluded that the lateral approach with single-docking R-RPLND for the residual mass of GCT was feasible and safe. It illustrated satisfying functional and oncologic outcomes.
