Kim IK, et al. - This study aimed to assess the risk factors leading to ABMR in HS pediatric kidney transplant recipients. As per findings, researchers suggested considering DSA, as quantified by the RIS at the time of transplant, as part of the initial allocation strategy and monitoring patients with high RIS closely for ABMR post-transplant.
