Reproductive outcome of women with congenital uterine anomalies after assisted reproduction: A prospective observational study

Prior M, et al. - The impact on the reproductive outcome of congenital uterine anomalies in subfertile women in women undergoing assisted reproduction is evaluated in this study. Congenital uterine anomalies as a whole, when characterized utilizing the modified American Fertility Society (AFS) classification, do not influence clinical pregnancy or live birth rates in women after assisted reproduction but do increase rates of preterm birth. Abnormalities more severe than arcuate significantly worsen all pregnancy outcomes.
