Berrocal-Izquierdo N, et al. - Researchers here analyzed the frequency of cerebrovascular disease (CVD) in patients with and without serious mental illness (SMI). They recognized that the use of antipsychotic medications and the presence of SMI were not associated with an increased risk of CVD.
