Kumar S, et al. - This randomized control trial was performed to compare the efficacy of rapid and slow withdrawal of antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) during video–electroencephalography (EEG) monitoring (LTM). Without any serious adverse events, rapid AED tapering had the advantage of significantly reducing LTM duration over slow tapering.
