Qi Q, et al. - Researchers performed this systematic review to examine the efficacy and safety of ramosetron for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D). Among both male and female IBS-D patients, ramosetron had beneficial effects. More hard stool and constipation could be noted with ramosetron treatment, without severe adverse events.
