Xi YB, et al. - This retrospective study investigated radiomics features for utilizing the full potential of medical imaging as biomarkers of O[6]-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) promoter methylation. The clinicians provided further evidence that in preoperative glioblastoma (GBM), radiomics magnetic resonance (MR) features could predict MGMT methylation status. For the identification of MGMT, multiple imaging modalities together could yield putative noninvasive biomarkers.
