Radiologic findings of thoracic trauma

Akgul Ozmen C, et al. – The purpose of this study was to illustrate the multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) findings in patients with blunt and penetrating chest trauma. It was observed that the MDCT images could display a high prevalence of fracture of bony structures, soft tissue lacerations, and vascular lesions. This ought to be comprehended well by radiologists dealing with trauma.
