Gershman B, et al. - The tie-up between lymph node dissection (LND) with survival was contemplated by the authors, among high-risk patients undergoing radical nephrectomy (RN) for renal cell carcinoma (RCC). No link was discovered between LND with improved oncologic outcomes among high-risk patients undergoing RN for M0 RCC, with the inclusion of those with radiographic lymphadenopathy (cN1) or across increasing probability thresholds for pN1 disease.
