Tirkes T, et al. - An analysis was performed to determine whether extracellular volume fraction and T1 mapping could be used to diagnose chronic pancreatitis (CP). For determining the presence and severity of acinar cell loss, extracellular volume fraction, and T1 mapping could provide quantitative metrics and aid in the diagnosis of CP.
