Montevecchi F, et al. - This trial intended to illustrate the efficacy and safety of Barbed Reposition Pharyngoplasty (BRP) procedure, in the management of obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients. A a reasonable expectation for success with minimal morbidity was gained in patients undergoing BRP standing alone or as part of a multilevel approach for the treatment of OSAHS.
