Takenaka Y, et al. - This meta-analysis assessed the prognostic significance of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Specifically, it was concluded that an elevated NLR portends worse outcomes in patients with HNSCC.
