Observations revealed body mass index, serum albumin concentration, Charlson comorbidity index score, vancomycin–resistant Enterococcus bacteremia, and high C–reactive protein levels as predictive of poor outcomes for health care–associated bloodstream infection (HABSI) among adult patients.
