Granic M, et al. - The clinicopathologic predictors of recurrence and survival in patients with head and neck mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) were examined. Independent predictors of the prognosis in patients with head and neck MEC were advanced tumour stage, high histologic grade, submandibular/sublingual localization, and positive nodal status.
