Redfors B, et al. - This study assessed the prognostic impact of performing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) during off-hours versus regular hours. In Region Västra Götaland, similar short- and long-term outcomes of primary PCI were reported for patients presenting during off-hours and regular hours.
