Narita T, et al. - Objective of this study was to evaluate the affect of postoperative transient hydronephrosis on renal function in patients with orthotopic ileal neobladder construction. It was revealed that the presence of transient hydronephrosis immediately after surgery may have limited influence on renal function 1 year after ileal neobladder construction.
