Sabeti Rad Z, et al. – This article was composed with the goal to explore the prematurity and neonatal outcome including congenital malformations after maternal malignancy within 6 months prior or amid pregnancy. A high incidence of prematurity, mostly because of induced delivery, was found including an increased risk for neonatal morbidity among these infants. An increased risk for relatively mild malformations was also found.
