Yap DYH, et al. - Serological activity may precede clinical flares of lupus nephritis (LN). In this current study, it was demonstrated that renal flares could be attenuated and long-term renal function could be benefitted by a preemptive moderate increase of immunosuppression for asymptomatic serological reactivation (ASR) in LN patients.
