Vannevel V, et al. - This work is designed to investigate if preeclampsia is associated with kidney function decline either during the pregnancy or in the long term. Researchers observe that pregnancies after renal transplantation is often complicated with preeclampsia, however, it seems not associated with long-term renal dysfunction or graft loss.
