Predictive score for the development or progression of graves' orbitopathy in patients with newly diagnosed graves' hyperthyroidism

The development of GO would be found in 15% cases (13% mild, 2% moderate-to-severe) during subsequent treatment with ATD for 18 months among subjects without GO at diagnosis. It was discovered that a predictive score called PREDIGO composed of four baseline determinants, appeared to be better in speculating those patients not developing obvious GO compared to those who would.
