Mok D, et al. - A national survey was designed to determine the recent state of point-of-care ultrasonography (POCUS) training in Canadian anesthesiology residency programs. Point-of-care ultrasonography training within Canadian anesthesiology residency programs is highly variable. The obtained data demonstrates that, given the importance of POCUS abilities and their relevance to modern anesthesia practice, point-of-care ultrasonography training and assessment within Canadian anesthesiology residency programs should be formalized.
