Makhecha M, et al. - This study explored the varied clinical manifestations of pitted keratolysis (PK). The findings revealed that PK could involve web spaces, nonglabrous skin, and paronychium. It could result in nail changes. The lesions possibly appeared to be inflammatory with crusting and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
