Pigmentary changes in patients treated with targeted anticancer agents: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Dai J, et al. - This analysis probed into the incidence and risk of development of targeted therapy–induced pigmentary changes. A prominent risk was brought to light with regard to the development of pigmentary changes during treatment with targeted anticancer therapies. Appropriate counseling and management were found to be crucial aspects for minimizing psychosocial impairment and deterioration in the quality of life.
