Sofou K, et al. - Phenotype-genotype correlations in Leigh syndrome were identified in a large cohort of systematically evaluated patients. In this study, the physicians provided new insights into phenotype-genotype correlations in Leigh syndrome and especially in patients with complex I deficiency and with defects in the mitochondrial ATP synthase.
