Farahmand S, et al. - In this present study, the researchers evaluated the possible superiority of intravenous (IV) lidocaine to morphine for pain management. Using IV lidocaine, the reduction in pain score was not superior to IV morphine in adult Emergency Department (ED) patients with traumatic limb pain.
